Metro Air conditioning has a complete service truck fleet in case there are any issues that need attention after the completion of your project.  All of our service techs are members of the local Pipe Fitters Union which requires all apprentice service techs to complete approx. 300 hrs of training per year for 5 years.

In addition to training provided by the union, Metro Air Conditioning offers its own training to our service men through our various vendors.  This training varies from troubleshooting equipment failure to keeping the technician current with the constantly  evolving HVAC industry.

Metro Air conditioning is a MSCA STAR Qualified Contractor.  The MSCA STAR program recognizes MSCA contractors who are setting the standard in the mechanical service industry by upholding a strict code of business ethics, employing the best trained and most qualified workforce, maintaining a superior safety record, offering outstanding customer service and focusing on continuing education for all employees. We complete hundreds of maintenance / inspection service contracts every year for our customers.  These can range from single computer rooms to entire high-rise structures with multiple rooftop units.  The contracts are completed monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annually depending on the customers needs.
